Ice Cold Coca-Cola

Coca-Cola Vending Cart

Here today, we can’t seem to agree on food carts, food trucks, or any mobile food enterprise, yet it has been etched into Peoria’s for decades. This picture circa 1930 is from the CARLI Digital Collection. The brief description indicates:

Coca-Cola vendor cart in front of Peoria Coca-Cola Bottling Plant. Peoira Tent and Awning Company is pictured in the back.

I’m trying to picture where this was, and that background is most likely not there anymore. Regardless, I think we could use a street team out there dedicated to quenching thirst. Simple. Easy. Entrepreneurial. Should be a no-brainer.
